FEM is a zine, platform and creative network. We create and showcase work by marginalised genders.
We host events in London which aim to curate safe and exciting spaces to think, talk, and expand discourse on all things intersectional.
We began as a printed publication in October 2017 with the release of our 'Women and Hair'
zine (this issue is available to purchase here).
We organise events and workshops in London and collaborate with others to form this: our
online platform for films, art, photography and text.
We are a publishing house under FEM Press and have published 4 BROWN GIRLS WHO WRITE poetry book, and THEY. HE. SHE. PERIOD. zine and are currently working on two new zines RAISE and If I Was Your Boyfriend.
We aim to support unpublished and under represented talent and to create an inclusive space to offer alternative, radical media
We launched our third, and first online, zine in April 2019 - available to read now.
